The site describes SystemicHQ’s services and lets you request information or generate a sample platform. Any samples produced are illustrative demonstrations, not finished products, and are provided for evaluation only.

Actual project work is defined by a separate signed agreement between you and SystemicHQ. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to perform work or a warranty of any outcome.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no automated scraping that burdens our systems, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no using the site to violate anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who abuses the site.

The site, its design, copy, and the underlying component library are owned by SystemicHQ and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Content you submit through our forms remains yours; you grant us permission to use it solely to respond to your request and produce any sample you ask for.

Sample platforms generated through the site are assembled from our component library to illustrate what we can build. They may use placeholder data and are not intended for production use.

We make no guarantee that a sample reflects the final scope, design, or functionality of any engagement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemicHQ and Goodland Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
